Chilling note left by dad who suffocated seven-year-old daughter with a plastic bag after mum pleade
A MONSTROUS dad who suffocated his seven-year-old daughter in an alleged murder-suicide left a note on her body saying the family "got what they deserved".
Jeffrey Mancuso, 45, hit little Kayden over the head with a weight four times before tying a plastic bag around her head at his home in Philadelphia on Monday.

Her mother Kathryn's family revealed she was desperately trying to get full custody of Kayden from her ex-partner because of his "history of violence".
Before he killed the "vivacious and talented" young girl, he penned a final, vengeful note and left it on her body.
Kayden's aunt Heather Giglio told the Inquirer: "It said we got what we deserved and he had the final say — something along those lines."
The heartbroken relative added: "We knew this was gonna happen one day, we just prayed it wouldn't."

In the months before her death, Kayden's mother had told her family that she "did not feel safe" with Mancuso, court records showed.
She kept trying to stop him from seeing her daughter but the court decided to grant him visitation rights in May after a long court battle which brought up his violent past, ABC 6 reported.
It emerged he had bitten people's ears off in fights, trespassed and was charged multiple times for varying levels of assault and harassment in the last decade.
Records show that Mancuso, who ran a construction recruitment firm, once told a psychologist: "I beat him up.

"He put me in a headlock, and I bit down on his ear and took off the top part of his ear."
The family is now calling for Judge Jeffrey Trauger, the man who allowed Mancuso to see his daughter, to be stripped of his position.
Kayden's body was found in the living room by her stepdad Brian Sherlock, who had been with her mum since 2014.

Sherlock, who lived with Kayden, her mum and two half-brothers, became worried when Mancuso did not bring her back on Sunday night as agreed.
He called the cops but they said they could not do anything because the girl was with her biological father.
The family has since started a GoFundMe page to raise money for Kayden's funeral.
