The 22-year-old suspect in the 2020 death of 22-year-old Italia Marie Kelly in Davenport was sentenced Wednesday to up to 25 years in prison. Parker Belz, of Davenport, was sentenced in Scott County Court. Earlier, he had made an Alford Plea to attempted murder, a lesser charge than the original first-degree murder charge he faced, court documents say. Belz was sentenced to prison for a period not to exceed 25 years, with credit for time spent in Scott County Jail in connection with the case.

An artist is turning what can be a contentious female body part into stunning works of art. Daniel Gill, 54, creates the mesmerising prints by covering female life models in colourful paint before imprinting their breasts on to canvas. The project, entitled Nipples of Venus, uses breasts of all shapes and sizes, meaning no print is the same and creating a spectacular array of work. Daniel, from Oregon, US, previously focused on full-body imprints and only created the nipple specific prints as a keepsake for his models.
